Great bones meant only minor structural changes on this home close to Park City’s Canyons Village. I reconfigured the kitchen to create more storage, more countertop space, and more room for appliances. Replacing old windows meant more glass to maximize mountain views and natural light. A deck expansion from the main living area provided space for grilling and outdoor dining. A large paver patio was added from the walk-out lower level, complete with fire pit and hot tub. An unused dining area was repurposed into a mudroom with a new side entry and a spacious pantry-gear closet. The primary bathroom got new cabinetry and a steam shower. I added a large sliding door onto the new patio for easy pass through and more natural light in the family room. Wet bars, bathrooms, and fireplaces got new facades. I also replaced the exterior stucco and added a modern natural stone.
