This 2,400 sqft home in Park City, UT had an oddly enormous living area full of light but a terrible, dark kitchen. I borrowed space from the living area to relocate the office and then moved the kitchen into the old office. All of the sudden, the kitchen doubled in size, had vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and great connectivity to indoor and outdoor living. I enclosed the former kitchen space to create a flexroom. I also added a coat closet and a large storage closet to the oversized entry. To define the dining space, I added a long buffet, providing great storage, more counter space for entertaining.
